Stories of Patagonians
“At IT Patagonia, I find much more than just a job: I live an experience that combines professional growth with a strong human connection. The culture puts people at the center, in an environment where professional quality and collaboration are naturally reflected in everyday life.”.
Being part of this team means contributing to something bigger, in a space that values every contribution and promotes collective development.”
Patricio Cuccaro
“Joining the IT Patagonia team is, without a doubt, one of the most rewarding steps in my professional career.
After a long time, I found the space I was looking for: a place where I can channel my experience towards new horizons and take on great challenges, while achieving a genuine balance between my professional and personal life.
They opened the doors to a challenging area that pushes me to expand my own limits and lead high-impact projects, always with a deep respect for my well-being and my time.
From the very first contact, I felt the warmth of an exceptional, committed team whose professionalism is evident in every detail. I am deeply grateful for this opportunity to continue growing in an environment that truly puts people first. I'm thrilled to be part of this evolution and excited for everything that's to come!”
Lorena Martinez
“I’ve been with IT Patagonia since August 2011. And thanks to IT Patagonia, I’ve been participating in a huge, dream project for the past ten years, with its challenges and constant learning. I’m fortunate to have colleagues from two graduating classes of the IT Patagonia Mainframe School. I greatly appreciate that IT Patagonia continues to train professionals on such a demanding platform as IBM Mainframe. I have nothing but words of gratitude.”.
I want to highlight the excellent service and professionalism of IT Patagonia, and from a personal perspective, I want to emphasize that throughout these 14 years I felt very supported during very difficult personal and professional times.
And in recent years, training, benefits, and social events have been added that help us feel part of IT Patagonia.”
Maria Jose Aliotta
“During these years at IT Patagonia I experienced a culture very focused on people, collaboration and constant learning.
What I value most is the trust I have to propose ideas, take on challenges, and grow alongside a team that's always willing to help. Even working remotely, the closeness is felt every day, and there's a clear culture of listening, supporting, and giving space to everyone's initiatives.
It's a place where innovation and teamwork are truly experienced.”
Amalia Lucero
“IT Patagonia represented a significant leap in my professional development.
From day one, I found an organization committed to growth, innovation, and ongoing support. The work culture, based on trust and respect, allowed me to explore new areas and take on challenges that enhanced my skills. Being part of such a strong and supportive team is a privilege.
I am grateful for every opportunity and every lesson that motivates me to keep moving forward with enthusiasm.”.
