We are looking for a professional who will play an active role in developing workflows, integrations, business rules, and automations, and who will work alongside functional analysts, architects, and product teams to implement scalable, robust processes focused on continuous improvement.
What will your challenges be?
- Putting business processes into practice: You will implement solutions on BPM platforms and build end-to-end workflows and processes that respond to the real needs of our clients.
- Accelerate the work of the entire team: You will develop reusable components and accelerators that allow for faster and more consistent delivery.
- Design automation from the ground up: You will participate in the technical design of new automation systems, contributing your technical perspective from the beginning.
- Connecting systems to make processes flow: You will develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and consume and expose services, linking BPM solutions with corporate systems, rule engines, and document platforms.
- Ensuring robust and reliable solutions: You will perform unit and integration testing, analyze and resolve production incidents, and optimize the performance of existing processes.
- Making what happens in production visible: You will guarantee traceability, monitoring and observability of the solutions to maintain their quality over time.
- Driving modernization with AI: You will participate in modernization and automation initiatives, and incorporate new AI capabilities and agents within the processes.
- Raise the standard of development: You will collaborate in defining standards and best practices that strengthen the quality and scalability of what we build.
What do we expect from you?
Technical Requirements
- BPM solutions development: Experience developing solutions on BPM platforms (required).
- BPMN: Knowledge of the notation for modeling business processes (exclusive).
- Java: experience in development (exclusive).
- REST APIs: Experience in consuming and developing REST APIs (required).
- SQL databases: SQL database management (required).
- Git: Knowledge of version control (exclusive).
- Agile methodologies: Knowledge of agile methodologies (exclusive).
We value it as a plus (not exclusive)
- IBM BAW and IBM ODM: knowledge of both platforms.
- OpenShift: experience or familiarity with the platform.
- Microservices architecture: knowledge of this architectural approach.
- Generative AI and Agentic AI: knowledge and/or experience in these technologies.
- Python: language knowledge.
